There are 48 residences in total in the tree house, and perhaps my favorite is the fact that the sustainability of the property, it's an all electric building, one of the first in Vermont that is all electric. Its location and the fit and finish is superior to anything we've done so far. This particular unit, we're in four 14 right now in the tree house, it's on two levels. It's a three bedroom, and you have floor to ceiling and glass windows and look out directly onto Spruce Peak stove. We also elected to furnish everything until the last two units that are on the market come fully furnished. So literally, somebody could buy this and move in the next day. It's that convenient.

There isn't a better location than the tree house. It's the perfect base camp for all of your mountain adventures. Winters are great up here, but one of the absolute best parts about Spruce Peak is the summer. From concerts to dinners on the green to all kinds of events. It's just fun to see people out enjoying time with their family and having a great time.

The tree owners are super excited about this place. The kids went crazy for the bunk rooms, and a lot of people love the fireplace. With the wraparound glass, you feel like you're in a snow globe when you're in that living room. It's been amazing to see so many Tree House families take advantage of membership at the club. They so enjoy it. They're immediately a part of the community. The member events are amazing, just the convenience of having the dining and the hideout. They do a lot of fun things with the children down there. For families. Access to the club is access to the best of SP feet.
